The Jets talked all offseason about contending for a Super Bowl. They said everything would change with Aaron Rodgers as their quarterback. And then they went out and lost seven of 10 games to start the season, leaving their playoff hopes in tatters before Thanksgiving.
The Jets knew that there would be massive attention on this team with all the hype surrounding it. They knew they’d be targets for criticism if they failed to back up the massive talk of the last two years.
